SHORT INTRO Probably the most unlikely of the commander group, Vezz had a very tumultuous route to the place he holds today. From a troubled childhood to a difficult time in college and an unfortunate tenure with the Inquest, he was someone who - in his old classmate Zojja's words - had nothing to lose and everything to gain. And while he started out as something of a death seeker after she roped him into her project, especially in the aftermath of his rampage in the defunct Theta-9 laboratory, he came to accept that he wasn't going to find absolution in anyone but himself. Though he often struggled with his mental health, he still managed to make significant strides. He married fellow commander Rissia after he and Garrus returned from their untimely deaths at Balthazar's hands and remained commander until retiring following the fall of Kralkatorrik. He and Rissia have twin progeny together, a son named Tybalt and a daughter named Sieran, and have settled in a small cottage in Applenook. More recently, they've sent the twins to stay with Rissia's parents while they step back into the saddle to handle the mess the Inquest has caused in Castora at Zojja's request.

SHORT INTRO A sylvari fifthborn who woke in the Cycle of Dawn, there are some that joke that Oaklinna ran to get out of her pod before the Pale Tree could hand her any sense. Nonetheless, she came into the world deeply curious, energetic, friendly, and awestruck by so many things. Led by her Wyld Hunt to "begin at the ending," she followed the path to become commander, meeting with the rest of the newly forming guild before the events at Claw Island. She and Trahearne had a very close relationship, not romantic but something else, and she was devastated by what happened to him. Insisting to be the one to end his suffering, she disappeared after his death in Heart of Thorns, only to resurface during Path of Fire having finally found her calling: a new tree had sprung up where Trahearne fell, with the firstborn himself becoming its avatar. She now helps with seeing to the newly awakened sylvari of the Brother Tree as its Knight. She loves good food and a good conversation, and has in more recent months encouraged her friends to come to see the new tree and what they've accomplished. She still does like to sample new foods, though, and often asks them to bring her things when they visit.

SHORT INTRO The younger sister of Vezz's wife and co-commander Rissia, Qirri was an oopsie baby and born dangerously premature, resulting in underdeveloped lungs and a weak immune system. A prodigy recognized from a young age, she became Zojja's first apprentice when she was eleven, entering the College of Dynamics the next year at twelve. Her college plans got derailed, however, when a bad spell caused her mother to insist she withdraw until her health improved... and that was when Rissia helped her run away from home. From here, she met another of the commanders - Garrus Firstblood - who adopted her as part of his warband and gave her the name Tinkerfirst. Along with fellow apprentice Taimi, she would go on to found the Dragonwatch Krewe. She had multiple near misses due to her health, including contracting a terrible fever in the Maguuma Jungle and nearly being crushed to death by Bangar during the events of Icebrood Saga. She and the rest of the krewe have since settled in Cantha, offering their space for Zojja and Leyya in the aftermath of SotO until they returned to Rata Sum, and working on the energy crisis as a team. She was thrilled when she learned Zojja had come home.

SHORT INTRO Zojja's childhood best friend, Leyya is a skilled spy and assassin, known for her sharp wit and easy way about people. Deep down, though, she deals with a lot of insecurities. The oldest of thirteen siblings and the only one born to both her parents, she never connected with her father and sometimes acted out with her mother regardless of how hard Pruri tried. As an adult, she works as a Lighbringer with the Order of Whispers, though more often than not she's Zojja's right hand... partially due to her own unfortunate mindset that if she can't be wanted, she will make herself needed. She found herself possessed by a weak Kryptis after Zojja's injuries in Maguuma, a symbiotic relationship that worked for a time. But when Zojja disappeared at the start of End of Dragons, her mental health started to deteriorate, coming to a head during SotO. Eparch triggered a violent transformation, with Cepir and Leyya warring for control of her own body. She was nearly killed in the attempt to save her life. Currently she's her baby sister Chuui's legal guardian, living with Zojja in Rata Sum while her long time companion - now wife - navigates her new role on the Arcane Council.

SHORT INTRO An Ash Legion spy, Agaue is a prickly, stand offish loner with a significant number of chips on her shoulder. Born to a mother who escaped her bonds in the Flame Legion while pregnant with her and a sibling that didn't survive childbirth, she was all too aware of what happened to her mother Medea - and her sire's status as a Flame Legion Shaman - constantly hanging around her neck like a noose. As such, she vowed to be stronger, harder, and more dangerous than anyone else in the fahrar with her, ensuring she would be able to claw back some modicum of respect. When Garrus Firstblood rose to commander, she was ordered to follow him to see what he was up to. Originally, their relationship was rocky- Agaue found him frustratingly easygoing, far too quick to cozy up to the other races they encountered. But with time, she began to warm up to him, and by the time of Path of Fire, they'd started a somewhat tentative relationship. He helped her get her mother to the Olmakhan when they were discovered and was the one to get her out of trouble after she killed her sire, Sanctus Acridflash, at the All Legions Rally. She joined her mother with the Olmakhan, and Garrus has since joined her there as well.

SHORT INTRO Born into nobility but raised with firm morals, Deshauna grew up in the small village of New Hope, loyal to Lion's Arch and not far from Applenook. Founded by Elonian refugees, her family has been there for generations, constantly uplifting the work and efforts of their neighbors and instilling in their children a sense of community. As such, Deshauna is a well known philanthropist. While she had little involvement with the guild initially outside of helping raise funds for the Pact's activities, the alleged death of Captain Logan Thackeray in Arah and the death of her beloved older brother Jelani in Maguuma during the Mordremoth campaign spurred her to action. She's since stepped up as Pact Marshal alongside her wife, Eshara Ulvhit. Deshauna is politically savvy, which came in handy when the Tyrian Alliance was founded. She's made no secret of her intense dislike of Isgarren, though - for Zojja's sake - she remains civil with him whenever at all possible. She even took up her spear to assist in the Janthir region while the commanders were busy and Odetta, Leyya, and Zojja were recovering. Her previous romantic relationship with Countess Anise is still the basis of a great deal of gossip.

SHORT INTRO The daughter of a merchant and a former sea captain, Pheazza spent much of her life in Lion's Arch, raised along the ramshackle streets and helping her parents in their sundries shop near the harbor. While she did attend the College of Synergetics at her father's behest, life within the magitech stone structures just wasn't for her. It was here, though, that she met her first partner Dhass, who was on a krewe with her, Vezz, and one of Rissia and Qirri's older sisters, Izza. She held a grudge against Vezz for years when he got into a fight with Dhass and left to join the Inquest, but she softened toward him significantly when he brought she and Dhass's kidnapped daughter Yixxi back from Theta-9 where the overseer Zaige was experimenting on progeny. Presently, she works out of Lion's Arch as the guild's requisitions officer. Seems she always "knows a guy who knows a guy," something that comes in handy when they need unusual goods from unusual places. Due to having stayed in Lion's Arch as long as she could to help evacuate people during the attack in Season 1, she suffers from a mild case of Scarlet's Rattle. She also has a working situationship with the ruthless crime lord Makko, who finds her fascinating.

SHORT INTRO If he'd been anyone else, Ympp may have been set up for success. An only child whose mother died in childbirth, he was always street smart but his skills intellectually didn't quite match up to any of his peers. His impish personality and tendency to get into trouble didn't help him much either. As a result, his scores in college didn't match up to the sorts of heights his father Binn expected of him... and so his father made an attempt to bribe the dean into getting him better grades. After finding out, Ympp dropped out and ran away, eventually getting caught sneaking into the Vigil's coffers. Conscripted into the order, he became Almorra's gopher. Eventually, she became like a surrogate mother to him, and she was equally fond of him, even if she did her best not to show any kind of favoritism. He was never much of a fighter, but having someone good at getting into tight spaces and excellent at picking locks did have its place, even somewhere like the Vigil. When she died, however, that death cut him deeply. He disappeared from anyone's radar for a while, but has since headed to Cantha to join up with Qirri and Taimi's krewe, and he's since started dating Yao.

SHORT INTRO A former bandit captain under the name Nunzio the Viper, few people know the surly, sometimes a bit harsh young man's origins. Born in a village in Queensdale roughly ten years after his next oldest brother to their mother's second husband after the death of her first, Nunzio is actually the younger half brother of Logan (and Dylan) Thackeray. While he didn't much care for his oldest brother due to Dylan seeing him and his father as "replacements" of some kind, he idolized Logan growing up, especially as Logan went on to become a mercenary scout in stark contrast to Dylan's work as captain of the Seraph under the crown. It was Dylan's death and Logan's decision to take up their oldest brother's mantle, however, that illusion was shattered, and that moment is what led him to become a bandit. In the process, he was partnered with an Inquest liquidator named Iialli. After the reveal of the White Mantle, the pair of them left Brisban for Lion's Arch, with Nunzio joining the Lionguard and Iialli getting a job at Odetta's soap shop. They've since both entered into a relationship with the young woman. He secretly regrets not being able to reconcile with Logan before his (alleged) death in Arah.

SHORT INTRO One of the terrifying Miyya's only surviving children,Iialli began life as a brilliant girl who grew into someone with a lot more violence than one little body could handle. She eventually joined the liquidators, a position she excelled in, and she quickly climbed the ranks... sometimes unsettling her cohorts with how energetically she dealt with those that needed liquidating. Her enthusiasm eventually got her assigned to the joint efforts in the Brisban Wildlands, stationed at the camp of one Nunzio the Viper. The two had a pretty vitriolic relationship initially, though they warmed up to one another with time, winding up in a kind of frienemies with benefits situation for a time. After the reveal of the White Mantle infiltrating bandit camps, she decided to leave with Nunzio to head to Lion's Arch, breaking with the Inquest to find better work. After taking on a job at Odetta's soap shop, she grew pretty close to the young woman as well, and - along with Nunzio - struck up a relationship with her. She's honestly pretty happy in her new line of work and sometimes serves as the shop's bouncer when a drunk or thief meanders in. She's a big fan of the Metal Legion and is still pretty bummed they broke up.

SHORT INTRO The grandniece of Councilor Haia, Pyxsi has lived in her great aunt's care since she was a small child. A talented mesmer, she grew up learning to utilize her magic in a variety of ways, including replacing her left arm, which she was born without. Creating a mesmer construct to serve as her prosthesis,she was happy to use this as a way to navigate the world, but as she got older, she began to question a lot of things... including what really happened to her parents and grandparents. It wasn't until after college, when her old college bestie Rissia was traveling as the commander, that she realized the truth: her great aunt had orchestrated their deaths in order to raise Pyxsi in her own footsteps. With her worldview shattered, Pyxsi turned very hard. Already calculating thanks to Haia's machinations, she used that to her advantage, though both of the women have been at an impasse for years: Pyxsi knows her aunt orchestrated the killings, but lacked hard evidence, and Haia knew Pyxsi was onto her, but couldn't act due to the risk of being found out. She's been orchestrating plans of her own ever since, with the intention of making absolutely certain Haia finally pays for her crimes.

SHORT INTRO Atsain is something of a mystery to many. A firstborn of the mysteriou Brother Tree, the tree that grew in Maguuma in the place where Trahearne died with the Pale Tree firstborn serving as its avatar, she's bright, enthusiastic, and deeply curious. They also awakened fully mute, though the memories of the Dream imparted on them ways to communicate in the sign languages of most of the major Tyrian races, developing a modified version to more easily communicate.. As the Brother Tree shares its memories of the Dream with the Pale Tree, she received a Wyld Hunt upon awakening: find the girl the late Sieran called Ruby Eyes before her death on Claw Island. While they were confused by their hunt, Trahearne and Oaklinna were able to get them pointed in the right direction. She made a beeline for Cantha, learning as much as she could along the way. On their arrival, the krewe was pretty confused,but Atsain proved to be a fairly talented engineer in their own right. As such, she's stuck right alongside them, striking up a friendship with Yao and learning as much as she can to help with both Taimi and Qirri's sensitive health issues. They're a welcome addition to the krewe.

SHORT INTRO The young daughter of high councilor Flax's late daughter, Naqai's parents were unfortunately lost in a horrible lab accident when she was just a baby. And despite his known prickly attitude, Flax took her in without question, and he dotes on her endlessly, making sure she never wanted for anything as she grew up, only entering the finest progeny schools and pre-college prep classes. Unfortunately for him, Naqai turned out much more like her late mother than her grandfather might have hoped, and she came up with a much bigger heart than anyone would have expected. That being said, Naqai is a talented young elementalist, and since her recent graduation from the College of Synergetics, she's trained herself up as an Evoker. Even more surprising to those who know her family, upon Zojja's election as a new member of the Arcane Council, she immediately applied as her assistant. She was thrilled to get the position and happily goes about doing any kind of errand her new boss may need, including periodically babysitting Zojja's wife's little sister Chuui. She has done her best to try to dissuade her grandfather from further work with the Inquest, but she hasn't had much luck.

SHORT INTRO Leyya's youngest sibling overall and the youngest of her dad's seven kids, Chuui is a prodigy who got a pretty rough start in life. Her mother died when she was fairly young, leaving her in her father's care until Leyya stumbled upon knowledge of her existence. Having largely taken care of herself for several years before her sister came into the picture, she was a bit wary of the older woman, but after getting to know her, it was clear she was enamored. It wasn't long after that Leyya petitioned to become her legal guardian and Chuui instead went to live with her and Zojja. She's started to thrive since then, gaining weight she'd lost over years of trying her best to take care of herself with her father rarely noticing her, and proving to be quite a bright study. She even becomes Zojja's newest apprentice once she moves in, eager to go into either Synergetics or her sister's alma mater, the College of Dynamics. Now that she's had a chance to be a kid, she's funny and cheeky and loves to explore. Whenever Leyya and Zojja can't mind her, she's usually being watched by Zojja's assistant Naqai or by Leyya's mother Pruri, neither of whom Chuui minds spending time with at all.

SHORT INTRO While he would often try to make himself out to be a very powerful, dangerous Kryptis, that couldn't be further from the truth. In actuality, Cepir spent much of his life in Nayos as effectively Eparch's jester. Some time into his tenure, however, he managed to offend his master greatly enough that he got himself exiled, trapped in a dagger called Rapacity hidden away out in Tyria until he was eventually uncovered during the events of Heart of Thorns by Leyya. When the dagger cut her skin, he was able to crawl into her mind, but being the lowest of the low that he was, that's about all he could do. Eventually, the pair developed a symbiotic relationship, with Leyya often commenting that she understood why he got fired as Eparch's gesture... but as time went on, it became almost a vitriolic friendship. During SotO, however, Eparch's actions nearly killed he and Leyya both, causing his power - which had grown over the years - to overwhelm her. Though they managed to save both of their lives, nearly killing Leyya in the process, it was a lot to process. He's since moved with Leyya and Zojja to Rata Sum, where Chuui kind of treats him like a weird house pet. He doesn't seem to mind.

SHORT INTROThe magnum opus of Project Genesis, helmed by the former principal biomancer of the Inquest Prikk, Rhenn was custom designed in a gestation tank to be the perfect living weapon. Taller, stronger, and faster than other asura with high stamina, an extraordinarily high tolerance for pain, and a resistance to most toxins and illnesses. He grew up being trained as a custom designed soldier, undergoing constant brutal tests, training, and highly unethical experimental surgeries to perfect him even further. On becoming commander, it was his first time venturing outside the Helix Biomagitech lab, and the culture shock was intense. Before they even reached Zhaitan, he had removed the bracers from the captive charr Prikk sent with him, and as he progressed, he started actively working against his father's interests by actually helping people. It was during Season 3 that it really hit just how messed up his upbringing had been, and by Season 4 he left the Inquest for good. Initially brash, arrogant, and cocky, once he's cut his father's strings, a more tentative, uneasy, almost shy young man starts to emerge. He and Kippa's relationship, too, changed drastically over time, with her loathing him initially but starting to realize he was being far more manipulated than he realized. The two eventually fell in love, and currently they have one progeny, a little girl named Suzzi. Things in Castora, though, have gotten difficult... with Sebb, his father/creator's former apprentice, showing up, he realized he hadn't cut ties with the Inquest as much as he would've liked, and he's had a bad mental crash as a result.

SHORT INTRO A young healer who grew up in the since destroyed city of Rata Thauma in northern Metrica, a city annihilated by the explosion at Thaumanova, Kippa is a soft spoken, gentle young woman who may seem to be an open book at first blush, but the loss of her entire family except her uncle Gixx made her keep people at arm's length, terrified to let anyone close lest she wind up hurt again. Of course, the Inquest's involvement in the loss of Rata Thauma is why her initial reaction to Rhenn was so viscerally bitter. Insisting to follow him to make sure he didn't harm Iuno further (or at least that was her excuse), she became part of his entourage... but as time went on, she started to realize he wasn't what he appeared to be at first glance. Slowly, she let herself open up to him as he struggled to navigate an unfamiliar world, helping as he started to become his own person outside of his father's control. During Heart of Thorns, she felt a strong, startling pull towards the egg, though it wouldn't be until much later - starting around Aurene's brief death - that she would realize the truth. She was Aurene's Oracle, something wholly new, explaining her elemental magic being absurdly powerful and the pull she felt towards the egg to begin with. Her power broke through in full when Bangar nearly killed Rhenn, and he's helped her navigate the troubling waters since. She wound up (accidentally) becoming the Wayfinder and the biggest thorn in Isgarren's side he ever could've wanted. It was during her time as Wayfinder that she discovered she was pregnant with she and Rhenn's first progeny, a little girl named Suzzi after her late mother.

SHORT INTRO The youngest member of the Wrench warband, Sidera - known as "Sid" by her bandmates - was found as an infant progeny in the destroyed remains of a merchant caravan that had been set on by Separatists. As the asuran merchant had been a friend of theirs, and the aging warband was well aware he had no love lost for the home he and his family had been banished from, they made the decision to take in the girl and raise her themselves. As such, Sid isn't a very good asura, but she's a very good (if quite small) charr, despite her appearance. Having done her own time in the fahrar with the scars to prove it, she learned to hold her own from a very young age, using a quickly developing bright intellect and her small size, needle-like teeth, and sharp claws to her advantage. During her time in the fahrar, she made good friends with Iuno Wrathtalon, remaining in touch with her after returning to Wrench. Sid is known to be crass, loud, and surprisingly sturdy when drinking with bandmates, but she's deeply loyal to her warband and the Iron Legion at the end of the day. She's known for her startling sense of humor, razor sharp wit, and deep affection for the warband that's been her family since as long as she can remember. After her legionnaire Calix Quickwrench's death in Icebrood Saga at the hands of his indoctrinated son Pirithous Forgemind, she's been promoted to the legionnaire of the Wrench warband, and as the High Legions navigate the changes in the wake of Bangar's death, they've started following Rhenn and Kippa to provide support where they can. She's also made things official with Iuno.

SHORT INTRO The biological daughter of Prikk and Nixxe and Prikk's only natural born child, Rhiia ran away at age fifteen when Rhenn was first taken out of the gestation tube. This was at her mother's insistence, as Nixxe was certain Prikk would kill her now that he had his "perfect specimen." During her departure, Rhiia was found and taken in by Uenno, who took her back to the Astral Ward, where she's been ever since. Training under Mabon, she's tried to keep close tabs on Rhenn's progress as he grew, and though she kept trying her best to get the wizards to involve on Rhenn's behalf, Isgarren continued to forbid her from interfering. She was able to rescue her mother's consciousness from Prikk's personal console after his death, keeping her in the Wizard Tower with her in a small personal golem. She was thrilled to meet Kippa when she arrived in the Horn of Maguuma, but meeting Rhenn was a whole different ball game. His anger over knowing there was someone who saw him but never helped felt like being plunged into cold water, and she's been forced to face her own priorities, torn between the organization that saved her life and the little brother she desperately wishes she could have helped. And that's only gotten worse since the events in Castora, seeing just how much control the Inquest still had over Rhenn. Up until recently, she'd been considering finally following Mabon's teachings and ascending, but now that she's had her eyes open as to the things she's missed and the ways they could have actually put time into protecting the world but didn't, she's not so sure.

And for a while, it seemed they were mostly correct. Things progressed as well as they could given the circumstances, and Lopp's generally easygoing and personable demeanor went a long way for helping Destiny's Edge reconcile as time passed. What no one expected was that during the intense fighting against Zhaitan once they reached Arah, Lopp would take a significant injury that no one noticed until it was far too late. Upon arriving back at Fort Trinity, Lopp abruptly collapsed, bleeding out in Eir's arms as Caithe ran to find a healer. Their death shocked their surviving family, leaving Praxxi catatonic and Khaill devastated. But from their death, hope would spring. Their beloved wife would step up to lead the Pact in the wake of their death, managing to keep things together despite her own immense grief. Still, Lopp's loss has left a distinct hole, one that's managed to keep the members of Destiny's Edge and Dragon's Watch much more tightly knit than they might have been before, keeping everyone pushing forward. There is a memorial to them in Fort Trinity, a statue and small plaque dedicated to their bravery, steadfastness, and loyalty, letting people pay homage to the commander even after their death.

Her death when young Rosie was only ten devastated him and the rest of the old crew, and he vowed to do his best to take care of her and her older brothers in the wake of her passing. Several years later, he was framed for the murder of a Seraph visiting Lion's Arch, and Rosie and her best friend Ginny had to step in to investigate. It was an action that got the girls started on their route to becoming commander. He worries a great deal about the two girls in their journey and even pulled Logan aside to make sure he knew, in absolutely no uncertain terms, that if he did not keep those two young women safe, he'd gut him and hang him by his innards from the main-mast of the tallest ship in the harbor. She's been teaching her modern asuran since it's clear she doesn't like or want to learn New Krytan, and figures that's something they can work up to with time, on top of acclimating her to other races and taking her out for very small exposures to sunlight. She's become something of a sister to her, and a connection Evva dearly needed. She makes sure to keep the commanders and their company updated on her progress and welcomes them when they visit.

But Islwyn had no connection to these people and wound up first joining the soundless then later trying his hand with the Nightmare Court. After Heart of Thorns, he was captured and sent to the Priory... only to find he wasn't from the Pale Tree at all. He had originated from a massive pine deep in the Shiverpeaks Mountains. His time with the Court, however, may not have corrupted him, but it made him bitter towards the world, frustrated with those around him much more easily, misunderstanding of the actions they took. But instead of killing him, the decision was made to try to reform him so he could perhaps one day return to his own tree. He traveled with the Pact for a time and later found himself entranced by Aurene, joining the Crystal Bloom as one of her adherents. It was here that he was given a new opportunity: the reformation of someone else. After Ryland Steelcatcher's defeat, Islwyn stepped in to help work with him, to bring him to a better future like the one he had found over time. The pair has a somewhat vitriolic relationship, and often times they butt heads, but Islwyn's time spent working to undo the damage the Nightmare Court did to him has done much to help Ryland turn a corner. They've got a long road to walk, but they're walking it together, and that's really the best they can hope for.

She was all set to go into the College of Dynamics, but one day while running some errands, she heard some of her old progeny school classmates laughing at something. On checking it out, she discovered that they were harassing a little skritt kit. Angry, she demanded they stop. But they wouldn't be dissuaded, shoving the little skritt to the ground before moving to circle her, insisting to her that it was just a skritt. She was being silly. Immediately set off, she shoved one of the bigger kids out of the way, scooping up the kit before trying to run. She wound up getting beat pretty badly, but escaped regardless, finding her way to Skrittsburg with the girl. The skritt scratch was immediately grateful for bringing the kit home and adopted her in as one of her own, tending to her injuries and nursing her back to health. The kit, Trika'cee, became like a little sister to her, and while with the scratch, she took in and raised a dire wolf cub she named Korri'ta. She's fiercely protective of the scratch, as they've been her family for ten years now, and she loves them all dearly. All of that would change, however, when the charr commander Menelaus came through while doing research. She was immediately wary of him, but the king told her to follow him. TYRIA-432 In Tyria-432, Zojja spends some time post-Maguuma living in Lion's Arch at the home attached to Odetta's soap shop along with Leyya. It's not until right before the start of End of Dragons, on finding letters written between Snaff and a mysterious asura named Uenno, that she leaves to seek out answers. She spends a little over a year with the wizards and nearly ascends, but decides to return home. After spending some time back in Lion's Arch and then later in Cantha while Leyya recovered, the pair returned to Rata Sum. She's since been elected to the Arcane Council.
OTHER TYRIAS In all other Tyrias, she does not go to the wizards at all, instead returning to Rata Sum with Leyya to recover before being elected to the Arcane Council in order to assist through the rest of the story. How she recovers varies (Rhenn makes sure Kippa treats her injuries before sending her to a private clinic run by one of Kippa's old classmates, Praxxi has her sent to the clinic her son works at, Menelaus visits constantly, she doesn't wind up in the blighting pod in Rosie's verse, etc), but she never even meets the wizards in any other verse.

TYRIA-432 Though the injuries she took were significant and very nearly killed her, leading to her to spend months fighting for her life while comatose, Eir managed to survive her injuries in the end... though word of her recovery didn't reach her son until it was far too late. She frequently visited Zojja and Leyya in Lion's Arch after completing her prosthetic leg, a hand carved masterpiece of wood and stone with reliefs of fallen comrades: Snaff. Logan. Later on, Trahearne. She returns to working as a sculptor in Hoelbrak and advises Knut Whitebear as the story progresses. When the Tyrian Alliance is formed, she travels to Lion's Arch with her son and Skarti to support her old friends and the commanders. She's since helped carve a new prosthesis for Vezz for his journey with Rissia into Castora.
TYRIA-2007 While she does still die in this setting, as in any other, it's different here: she dies in a blighting pod while Rosie and Ginny are trying to reach her and Zojja and Leyya are managing logistics at a Pact forward camp. Braham is with the girls when they reach her.

TYRIA-432 Logan is largely true to canon until Arah, where - instead of rejoining the Pact fleet after Zhaitan's fall - it's revealed he apparently lost his life in the effort to ensure the airships were able to escape. While everyone grieves his loss, they are unaware of the truth: he was found by a member of the Astral Ward embedded in the newly formed Pact and taken back to the Horn of Maguuma to recover, where he's been ever since. He helps guide Zojja when she finally arrives, though when she chooses to return home to Tyria, he chooses to stay with the wizards.
TYRIA-404 Canon until Heart of Thorns, where he dies before Rhenn can reach him in his Blighting Pod.
TYRIA-2007 Stricken by guilt and grief after his actions seemed to result in the loss of Snaff and Glint, Logan leaves the Seraph to become a mercenary scout once more. It's this that leads him after a dire plot involving the murder of one of his former Seraph cohorts, with the clues pointing to a former pirate, Tiran Tidefolly. His involvement leads Rosie and Ginny into the role of commander. He returns to the Seraph after Heart of Thorns.
TYRIA-701 Similar to Tyria-432, he's believed to have died in Arah but later is rediscovered with the wizards, now fully aware of Ollyne's past with the Astral Ward. Due to their previous intimate relationship, it causes significant strain.

TYRIA-2007 A mystery to all but Caithe, Malyck is a surprise for the team when they arrive in the Horn of Maguuma. Replacing Zojja in that setting specifically, he's still very vague about his origins, though he does imply to them that the tree he came from is no longer a concern since Mordremoth's fall. He and Narcisse seem to have some history together, though any issues they had with one another appears to now be water under the bridge. He finds Rosie and Ginny very interesting.
